For all of you, that immediately wanted to put up the Christmas tree over the weekend and there are still leftover pieces of turkey and dressing still in the fridge! 🙂
Happy Turkey Week Everyone!! I’m sure you’re ready to get your Gobble Gobble on! While we are awfully excited to fill our stomachs, be sure to take time to feel your hearts as well.
Teaching our children the real meaning of Thanksgiving and actually take the time out to teach them how to be thankful for the blessings they have had thus far, is just as important as teaching them a family recipe!
It’s the little sacrifices that mothers do unknowingly that make us rock! Rather its giving up a piece of pie, being the last one to eat or allowing one of your children eat off your plate even though they have their own.
This still makes the hair on my back stand…well that is, if anyone ever said it to me. Do you have the “fear” impact on your children that your mom had on you?
Happy Halloween! Be safe and have fun!!!
Plan to do something fun with your children today or this week! Before we became parents, we had fun and use to be kids ourselves. I always find time, to crawl around the floor and play with Bam Bam.
What have you learned from your child recently? Have you learned something positive about being a parent today?
